Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

  • For purchase of CAD$50.00 or above and within the limits of the city of Calgary (AB), free delivery will be considered.

  • Shipping for purchase lower than CAD$50.00, the delivery will be charge on $5.00.

  • Out of the Calgary city limits or cities within the province of Alberta, the client must pay mail delivery via Canada Post and shipping fee varies depending on the weight of the package and distance traveled.

  • All deliveries within Calgary will be delivered the next day from Monday to Saturday between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST).

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances not controlled by the Company such as weather conditions, traffic jam or other of similar nature.

  • There are no deliveries made on Sunday.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please consider the following Return Policy at the moment of purchase:

 

Returns & Refunds

  • After 7 calendar days after the purchase, returns and refunds will not be accepted.

  • Item(s) must be returned unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition they were delivered. 

  • Receipt as proof of purchase must be presented.

  • If return/refund is accepted, item(s) must be mailed as per Catatumbo Foods instructions via e-mail communication.

  • After inspection of the item(s), the return may be subject to rejection.

  • Reasons for return/refund may include expired products, products that are different to the ones purchased and in receipt and/or the item(s) that were delivered to a wrong address and different to the address indicated in the receipt.

  • If return is accepted, a credit will be applied to your credit card or based on your original payment method within the next 7 working days.

  • You may need to contact your financial institution in case the refund was processed by Catatumbo Foods and not posted into your account.

  • Items in offer or sale or in promotion are not included for return/refund. 

  • Stolen item(s) after delivered to the purchase address are not included for return/refund. Text notifications to the phone number will be sent to the client when the order is on the way and once the order is delivered. Delivery is made as per Shipping Policy. 

  • Mail costs for return shall be covered by the Client who is the responsible the return item(s) is received. Tracking may be recommended to ensure refund.

  • Shipping Costs are not refundable.
